Hi, I’m Derica Birks, a Licensed Cosmetologist and Hairapist. I believe caring for your hair is part of caring for yourself. My approach blends healthy hair care, education, and real conversation in a calm, supportive space.

I specialize in natural 4C hair, hair growth, and texture-matched extensions. My focus is on nourishing the hair, protecting its integrity, and helping you feel confident throughout your hair journey. All products used are chosen intentionally and are free from harsh chemicals.

During services, I offer hair therapy—a supportive, non-clinical space to talk, decompress, or simply relax. I hold certifications in crisis intervention and mental health support and am currently pursuing my LCSW to become a licensed therapist. This background helps me show up with care, awareness, and clear boundaries.
